In 2020 we helped our clients buy or sell over $50M in real estate and we are on track to double that in 2021. What You Will Do

- Act as VIP Client Relationship Manager for our Lifetime Clients (we don't have "past clients" because we are focused on creating lifetime relationships with the families we serve...and YOU will help make this happen!)
- Surprise and delight our clients with acts of kindness, thoughtfulness, and empathy (e.g. curated gifting, care packages, etc.)
- Write heartfelt note cards and prepare thoughtful gifts to celebrate our clients' highs and empathize with their lows
- Learn about our clients' unique tastes and maintain a Client Relationship Management database to track this information so we can offer a personalized touch
- Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing our clients' experience
- Organize our bi-annual charity events, Family Park Day, VIP Client Dinner, and quarterly team outings
- Provide WOW! experiences for our internal team members (track birthdays, anniversaries, work anniversaries, important milestones, etc...and help us celebrate them!)
- Survey clients to discover what they loved about their experience and what could use improvement (then enact needed changes)
- Manage our VIP Client Concierge Program
- Use your high level coordination/support skills to assist our operations team when needed
- And more....

Experience / Skills You Need

- Minimum 3 years experience in a high level client service / client relationship management role
- Hospitality background strongly preferred
- Reliable & presentable transportation
- Residence within a 20 minute drive to South Lake Ave Shopping District in Pasadena
- Outstanding project management
- Clear, concise, conscientious written and verbal communication
- Beautiful handwriting
- Comfortable and confident working with affluent clientele

- $50,000 to $70,000 per year (dependent on experience and skillset)
